Marc joined PMA in 1984, initially as a PROMIS analyst, then undertaking bespoke consultancy work for clients across all commercial property sectors. Marc spent over seven years in Germany in the 1990s, including a five-year spell in Berlin at PMA’s German network partners, bulwiengesa, where he worked as a senior analyst covering all commercial property sectors and also the residential market. Marc returned to PMA as a partner in 1998 to head up the European Retail service.
Recognised as a global retail property expert, Marc chaired the ICSC’s European Research Group for two years (2015-16) and maintains an active role in this organisation. He is also a member of the Society of Property Researchers (SPR) and Investment Property Forum (IPF).
