Working at PMA
We are currently looking for a Graduate Research Analyst to work within our UK team. If you are interested in this role, please complete the online form.
We are also regularly on the lookout for experienced SQL / BI developers to assist in
the development of our services; if this is of interest to you please email your CV to
firstname.lastname@example.org and we will inform you if any roles are available.
PMA’s success is built upon the skills, enthusiasm and individual personalities of our
tight knit team of around 70 analysts, IT specialists and support staff, who work from
our offices in London, Germany and Japan.
Whilst we value hard work, we have an informal culture and pride ourselves on being a
flexible and diverse company.
We usually hire up to four graduates a year to work in our UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific, US
or Investment teams. We look for graduates who are enthusiastic and hardworking, with an
analytical mind. Despite being a property research consultancy, an interest in understanding
how people, places and economies interact is more important than having a property-related
degree. All our analysts come from a variety of backgrounds and degree disciplines, therefore
every analyst brings their own unique skills to our team.
We do not offer a formal graduate scheme, however all staff work closely with PMA’s
leadership team, giving new recruits responsibility early on. You can find out a little
more about some of our recent recruits and their experiences at PMA below.

Chris Babatope, Associate: US.
I joined PMA as an analyst in 2015, having worked at a number of real estate brokerages – primarily in research and consultancy. My role has gradually evolved over that time, from covering solely consumer space to now, where I cover the four main property sectors and present to clients across the globe. In addition to leading the US service, I also aid in drafting our Topic Papers, which focus on exploring structural changes likely to affect real estate, as well as various other issues impacting property and investors around the world. PMA has provided me with numerous professional opportunities, including the space to grow professionally and expand my areas of expertise at my own pace.
