Working at PMA
We are currently looking for a European Analyst to work within our Logistics and Hotels team; if
you are interested in this role please complete and return the online form by Friday 7th February
2020 and we will get back to you regarding the recruitment process.
We are also regularly on the lookout for experienced SQL / BI developers to assist in
the development of our services; if this is of interest to you please email your CV to
email@example.com and we will inform you if any roles are available.
PMA’s success is built upon the skills, enthusiasm and individual personalities of our
tight knit team of around 70 analysts, IT specialists and support staff, who work from
our offices in London, Germany and Japan.
Whilst we value hard work, we have an informal culture and pride ourselves on being a
flexible and diverse company.
We usually hire up to four graduates a year to work in our UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific, US
or Investment teams. We look for graduates who are enthusiastic and hardworking, with an
analytical mind. Despite being a property research consultancy, an interest in understanding
how people, places and economies interact is more important than having a property-related
degree. All our analysts come from a variety of backgrounds and degree disciplines, therefore
every analyst brings their own unique skills to our team.
We do not offer a formal graduate scheme, however all staff work closely with PMA’s
leadership team, giving new recruits responsibility early on. You can find out a little
more about some of our recent recruits and their experiences at PMA below.

PMA’s friendly and flexible approach provides scope for personal and professional development. Since joining I have attended several courses, which has helped to develop my skillset beyond the scope of my initial role.

I joined PMA as a SQL Developer in 2014, after studying Biochemistry at the University of Westminster. My migrating responsibilities have ranged from data management to front end project development, aiding the delivery of new ways in which our clients can access our services. PMA’s agile stance on development has given me the advantage of being able to utilise technology ahead of the curve in the current market, providing opportunities for professional development and pioneering techniques along the way.
Joe Elliott, Analyst: Investment.
I joined PMA in 2016, after studying History at the University of Sheffield. I joined as an Investment Analyst, assisting the team by gathering data, compiling client surveys and writing reports on various markets and sectors. More recently, I have focussed on the US investment market as well as residential and alternatives sectors within the UK and Europe. Since joining PMA I have completed the CFA Investment Management Certificate and have attended talks and conferences on a number of topics on behalf of PMA.
Rosie Hunt, Senior Analyst: UK.
I joined PMA in 2015, after studying Geography at the University of Nottingham. I joined as an analyst in the UK office and industrial team, which involves researching markets and writing reports, alongside providing clients with enquiry support. Since joining PMA, my role has evolved to include managing other analysts and getting involved in developing and presenting our UK local forecasts to clients. Working at PMA has given me the opportunity to visit towns and cities around the UK and I really enjoy being part of such a friendly company.
Chris Babatope, Associate: US.
I joined PMA as an analyst in 2015, having worked at a number of real estate brokerages – primarily in research and consultancy. My role has gradually evolved over that time, from covering solely consumer space to now, where I cover the four main property sectors and present to clients across the globe. In addition to leading the US service, I also aid in drafting our Topic Papers, which focus on exploring structural changes likely to affect real estate, as well as various other issues impacting property and investors around the world. PMA has provided me with numerous professional opportunities, including the space to grow professionally and expand my areas of expertise at my own pace.
