Steve joined PMA in 1988, heading up development of what is now the Central London Office Forecast Service (CLOFS). Using this experience, Steve developed the firm's European Office Service in the late 1990s, and continues to head up this team. Steve also helped develop PMA's US and Asia-Pacific capabilities in 2006 and oversees the firm's global office occupier analysis.
